Our internationally-renowned guest tutors are selected for their innovation, creativity and advanced techniques. We’ve welcomed experts such as Richard Feston, Kaysie Lackey and Naomi Henderson from as far afield as San Francisco, Seattle and Australia to ensure that our students have a worldclass experience that is head and shoulders above the rest. We also run regular courses focussing on running your own bakery or classes.
We take our baking and decorating seriously - but that doesn’t mean that you won’t have some serious fun! Our classes are small, friendly and very hands-on with lots of opportunity to experiment, ask questions and get first class professional advice. They’ve helped our students to gain the skills and confidence required to produce the most exquisite creations, or even to make that life-changing career move. We are delighted to say that there are now thriving cupcake businesses across the UK and Europe, and as far afield as Oklahoma and New Delhi, run by former Fair Cake students.
