Wedding Cake MASTERCLASS with Sharon Wee
Over three days, the incredibly talented Sharon Wee will take you through all the little tips and tricks that go into baking stunning Australian style cakes. This class is aimed at intermediate level students. You will go home with a whopping Five Tier Cake that will be decorated with different techniques on each tier. The three days will include demonstrations and hands on decorating. Two Day Two Tier Ruffle Cake With Peony

Cupcake Basics, Hands On!
Turn yourself into a confident, competent cupcake baker in one day! This is a brand new class and you do all the work. You will be baking a dozen cupcakes yourself using our tried and tested methods and recipe. Complete and absolute beginners are more than welcome – if you use your oven as cupboard space, this class is for you! This is often the first class that most of our students attend before making their mind up about future classes. This class will give you a very good basic understanding of all the principles involved in baking at home. And, of course, we will be at hand to answer any cupcake questions you can throw at us!
Busy Baker Series (Half Day Classes), The Rose Class
OK, so you've perfected baking cupcakes and even icing them is a breeze. That's why we have developed a brand new, 3 hour class that focusses purely on mastering the rose. In this class dedicated to roses, we will teach you how to create the big rose, and two-tone roses for cupcakes. The quality of your rose is what will set you apart from other cake makers. We will teach you all the tricks and tips in this intensive 3 hour class and you will take home 6 freshly baked cupcakes that you can adorn with your perfected roses.
Busy Baker Series (Half Day Classes), Perfect Piping
If you are confident in your baking skills and would like to learn how to perfectly decorate your creations in just three hours, this class is for you! You will learn and have ample chance to practice piping perfect buttercream swirls on cupcakes. You will also learn the secrets of Royal Icing Piping- essential for writing names and messages on cupcakes. We have taken the most popular piping elements from our classes and brought them together to create this perfect short class. By the time you leave us, you will be absolutely confident in your ability to recreate perfect swirls at home.
Christmas Character Cupcakes

The class is taught by Jo Wood, our Christmas competition winner (fitting) and an absolute expert in sugar modelling. You will work with simple techniques to create fondnat models that will last for ages - equally fun to make as they are to admire and enjoy!
Vintage Chic Cupcakes Class
The demand for Vintage is showing no signs of waning - it influences fashion, make up, interior design and now... cupcakes! Whether it is a longing for a more refined bygone era or an escape from the woes of modernity, a growing number of brides are choosing to host their weddings in a Vintage style. With that increased demand in mind, we at Fair Cake have put together our Vintage Chic cupcake class! This class focusses on toppping cupcakes with fondant, royal icing piping and making dainty 'vintage' decorations. Go home with a stunning box of cupcakes that are probably far too pretty to eat!

And while the aromas of freshly baked vanilla cookies are filling up the workshop, we will teach you how to transform your cookies into little works of art! You will learn how to make simply sugar cookies look extraordinary – perfect for any dessert table or for giving as presents. In this cookies class, you will make gorgeous cookies following our pictures and ideas, or bring your own ideas to life!
Pirates and Mermaids Cupcakes
To introduce our brand new series of Character Cupcakes, we are proud to announce our first class in the series, Pirates & Mermaids. This exciting new class focuses largely on creating super cute, handmade fondant models, which can be used on cupcakes as well as bigger celebration cakes. Despite these characters looking extremely intricate, they are all fully achievable by both beginners and intermediate cake enthusiasts. This class does not require specialised tools, so you will be able to recreate them at home without spending a fortune on equipment.
Macarons are such temperamental little pastries, so much so that they have frustrated many an experienced baker. Whether you have tried to achieve the perfect macaron many times or whether you have never had one before, this class will introduce you to the secrets of macaron making.
