Shikhita founded Fair Cake in 2007 in her flat and started by selling cupcakes to neighbours! In 2011, Fair Cake moved to a purpose built teaching workshop in Greenwich. More than 2000 students from all over the world have attended Fair Cake workshops.

Jessica has a keen eye for colour and is a fantastic teacher, ensuring that all students in her classes get her personal attention. She is particularly good at demystifying baking rules, thus ensuring that all her students get evenly risen and perfectly baked cupcakes in every class.

Kaysie Lackey is a Seattle based internationally famous cake artist and is a Food Network Champion cake maker! She is coming to London to teach the gravity defying Balance Teapot Cake Class and her exquisite High Heeled Shoes Cake class in March 2012.

Josephine Perry is a designer maker with a love of all things nostalgic. She can demystify a sewing machine in minutes and is happiest when encouraging creativity in her students. Josephine is designing a whole range of classes for Vanilla Workshop in 2012, keep an eye out on our website!

Naomi is better known as her business, Hello Naomi! She travelled all the way from New Castle, Australia to teach sold out classes at Vanilla Workshop in 2011. Such is the popularity of her unique take on cupcake, cake and cookie decorating, that we had to add an extra date to her tour!

Richard Festen is a San Francisco based internationally acclaimed cake artist. He is famous for his modern take on cake decorating. His cakes have clean neat lines and clever use of colour and design.
