The experience you gain from this class will be sufficient for you for the next class, in case you have never worked with florist paste before.
There are sugar flowers and then there are sugar flowers - these very realistic sugar flowers are in a league of their own. From parrot tulips to delicate freesias dusted with a just a hint of green and a gorgeous lifelike poppy, these flowers on a cake will make anyone do a double take!
The teacher is Graziella Augier, from France, who is a teacher much in demand in the sugar craft world. She is a multiple Gold Medalist at Cake International and definitely one to watch!

How to assemble your feesia flowers and buds in a realistic arrangement
How to make a gorgeous open poppy
How to make parrot tulips, including very lifelike centres
How to make realistic looking tulip leaves
How to dust flowers and leaves to make them look perfect
The best materials and equipment to use when making realistic sugar flowers
