We are excited to announce a second class with the talented Tara Gan of Tara Gan Sugar Flowers. This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate level sugar artists. If you are coming to the first class with Tara (see here for details), then you will need no further experience. If you are planning to skip the first class, we advise that a bit of experience in making flowers will come in handy!

Tara Gan is an award winning cake designer and sugar artist whose work is breathtakingly beautiful. Tara works with florist paste to create gorgeous sugar flowers that are then sold in her Etsy shop to professional cake makers from around the country. Her work is much in demand. When Tara and Fair Cake did a cake collaboration earlier this year, the one flower that stood out and caught everyone's attention was this ranunculus - brightly coloured and beautifully formed. We were inundated with calls and emails to introduce a class teaching this technique and here is the class!

We then decided to work with this same ranunculus and added some sweet peas to the equation and this was the result:

As you can see, this is an absolutely beautiful flower and works well with any colour scheme. You can learn how to make sweet peas in Tara's Beginners Class.

In this two day class, you will learn:

* A wealth of new skills - including taping, wiring and dusting flowers to bring your creations to life

* Answers to any questions about sugar flower making and the cake industry that you can throw at us!

Please note that the number of smaller flowers you will take home will depend on your speed. At no point would we want for you to feel that you are being rushed!
