Just wanted to drop a quick line to say thank you for a wonderful cup cake decorating class yesterday, I really enjoyed it! It was good fun, relaxed, well organised but hard work, of course! A totally pointless email but I wanted to thank you for your fantastic vanilla cupcake recipe. After 2 years of dabbling and producing either pancakes or volcanoes I finally after using your recipe (found completely by accident) managed to cook not just one but 112 cupcakes that actually looked half decent and tasted delish!!
